The fee includes:

  • Airport pickup upon arrival
  • Transportation during the school visit
  • 3 nights accommodation half board
  • Mini-fair during the school visit
  • Gala dinner

Section 5: CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your registration, the following refund policy will apply:

> 30 days before exhibition: 75% refund on all fees
20-30 days before exhibition: 50% refund on booth fees
< 20 days before exhibition: No refund

Note: ALL refunds will be subject to a $150 processing fee.

Section 6: PAYMENT

Upon receipt of your registration forms, we will issue an invoice and forward with full payment instructions and fair participant information.

Payment Deadlines
15 September 2018.

For Early-Bird Registration Discounts, full participation fees must be received by the dates mentioned in Section 3.
